ANALYSIS OF ERRORS IN WRITING ABBREVIATIONS AND ACRONYMS IN THE NEWSPAPER “RADAR CIREBON” FOR THE PERIOD OF MARCH 11 TO 17, 2015

Abstract

The title of this research is Analysis of Abbreviation and Acronym Writing Errors in “Radar Cirebon” Newspaper Period 11 to 17 March 2015. Problem formulation: 1) How are abbreviations written in “Radar Cirebon” newspaper period 11 to 17 March 2015?; 2) How are acronyms written in “Radar Cirebon” newspaper period 11 to 17 March 2015?; 3) What are the errors in writing abbreviations and acronyms found in “Radar Cirebon” newspaper period 11 to 17 March 2015?; Objectives: 1) want to know the writing of abbreviations in “Radar Cirebon” newspaper period 11 to 17 March 2015.; 2) want to know the writing of acronyms in “Radar Cirebon” newspaper period 11 to 17 March 2015.; 3) want to know what errors in writing abbreviations and acronyms are found in the "Radar Cirebon" newspaper for the period 11 to 17 March 2015.; Method: Descriptive Analysis.
